Quality, security and reliability are the supreme requirements in the manufacture of light alloy wheels at Rondell. The two-piece light alloy wheels are assembled and measured in a fully-automated production facility. The final quality control checks the processing of the light alloy wheels according to the strictest criteria. This gives you the security that only technically perfect wheels of the best quality leave the assembly hall.
Rondell assembles its two-piece light alloy wheels
in a high-tech production facility, which is equipped with the most
modern of sensors. The rough parts, consisting of the wheel star,
wheel housing halves or stainless steel external bed and accessories,
are subjected to a strict quality control upon arrival at the
plant.
Robots control the production in an extremely precise and
continuous manner. They take up the individual product parts and
transport them to the applicable machining
processes.
The light alloy wheels pass through the final stages of production. Bolted joints and the valve hole are drilled, the rims are put together precisely and are bolted.
At final inspection, the finished light alloy wheels are
measured to an accuracy of a hundredth of a millimetre.
